Asterisk Vs MS OCS 2007

I was wondering if there is or are any documentation out there which compares Asterisk against MS OCS 2007 and vis versa?

I did google on this and found nothing. Or the search parameters I did brought up nothing at all. I only found stuff on integrating MS OCS 2007 with Asterisk.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
