ltp thx for the link, if im not mistaking the issue i found out was caused by DUNDi, basically we had the cachetime set to 5 seconds and during high loads the cache was reset, causing the asterisk db to get locked for a period of time, during that moment calls that needed to access the db were also locked causing a asterisk hang. we removed DUNDi as a test and had no issues so far. i would suggest checking if anything heavy tries to access the internal asterisk db on your side
