I know Asterisk supports SIP protocol. But I have a doubt . Whether it is possible to exchange sdp sessions without using SIP in Asterisk? If it is tell me the possible ways.

It is not possible. You still need some (even lightweight) signaling implementation to do it.

It isn’t. There is no module or functionality in Asterisk to do such a thing. You’d have to either add support for it, or use something external.
