when an attendant is available asterisk makes a preferential binding, at that moment the clerk pauses and delivers Asterisk connection even with the attendant paused, have a fix for this?

quando um atendente fica disponivel o asterisk faz uma ligação preferencial, nesse mesmo momento o atendente fica em pausa e o asterisk entrega a ligação mesmo com o atendente estando em pausa, tem alguma correção para isso ?
