Our Snom phones ring before they actually make the connection, users don’t like it. I’ve tested it by dialing an invalid number, it rings first and then after a while it says that the call failed.
How do I put it off?
Oh, and we’re running FreePBX distro.
Any help would be appreciated.

Seems like in your dial options you have the r option. Remove it. But ask where in the fpbx forum years ago i lost the new gui.
