Asterisk Refer-To tel: v/s sip:

Hi,

So I understand that Asterisk does not support out of the box REFER to go out the Asterisk. However, with a custom dialplan, I am able to do so by using the Transfer function

Now, I’d like to send a REFER out the Asterisk with Refer-To value in the format:

Refer-To: tel:+17031111111

Notice the tel: instead of sip:
RFC3966 Tel URI

Any ideas on how to achieve this if at all possible with Asterisk 16?
