Has anyone deployed Asterisk to any other country other than the US? If so, do they have a builds in other languages?
There are a lot of sound packs - some free, some commercial - for many languages.

Sound files and translations may not be the most important issue. English is the de facto lingua franca and there is normally no need to change that. I have Asterisk systems running in several European countries and one should be aware of the different number patterns and the various variable length number lanes in different countries.
