Asterisk install problem

HI,i’m total newbie.
I’m learning to install Freepbx as a web page installationwiki.org/Installing_FreePBX.
Everything is fine at the beginning,but when i start to install asterisk and type the follow conmand
./configure
make install

then it appear

make: -F.command not found.
The configure script must be executed before running ‘make’.Please run './configure’
make:***[makeopts] error 1

But i have done it,how can i continue?
can somebady help me? I will wait on line.

For the future you also may want to look on the FreePBX web site as this is more for Asterisk. Although FreePBX works with Asterisk it is not made buy Digium (the creators of Asterisk) or is it really supported here.
