i get this error message from asterisk…

I hope you don’t get discouraged. The FreeBSD forum here at this place is like a ghost town sometimes. The best way I’ve found to get help is to post in the regular User Forum. There is tons of activity there and even though 99.9% of them are Linux users you can usually find help there.

The problem was with the registration in sip.conf i was using a different number.
