Using the Asterisk gui interface, I suceed to record an voice prompt. But when I go to the IVR setup to configure my voice menu, first I choose Answer the call, after I choose playbak and in the list I don’t see my .gsm file…but my file is really in the /var/lib/asterisk/sounds directory…
Can someone help me with that?

When you say “Asterisk GUI” do you mean AsteriskNOW or FreePBX or something else?
Asterisk now…but I’ve found how…the filename dosen’t appear in the list but if I type it int the box it’s works…but it always enable the don’t listen for key press and when the message plya I can’t press a key to choose an option…there is a way to change that?
