# Asterisk-gui access

Asterisk-gui works fine from the asterisk box if I go to [127.0.0.1/asterisk/static/…](http://127.0.0.1/asterisk/static/..........). but I can’t access it from another computer. In the manager.conf file I added the line to the admin user permit=10.10.10.197/255.255.255.0 which is the computer I’m trying to access it from. Is there something else I need to do?
