Hi,
I have a requirement wherein i need to integrate a Company’s/ Organization’s telephone and computer system through IVR. It is for a healthcare industry where the pre-recorded media file by the physician will be played to the patient at the scheduled time.
In order to get the functionality work in asterisk, do i have any options to work without the IVR cards.
Please suggest me the ways i can carry out this.
