Asterisk cannot route to default dpc

Hi all,
I’m using 2 server (each server has 8E1,1 point code, signalling on the first channel of the first E1). With the server 1: Everything is OK, I can get the call. But with the server 2, I use the same configuration:

  • defaultdpc
  • adjpointcode
  • network indicator
    And change only the point code to the new one.
    Telco confirm that these parameters are correct. All the physical link are connected. ss7 Up. Dahdi show channels all in service. But telco say to me that only the signalling are connected. They cannot the the connection between my server and defaultdpc. In other words, From their defaultdpc, they send message to my pointcode but unreachable and from my side, I see my server send a lot of message to defaultdpc but not receive anything from defaultdpc. Adjpointcode is different because I can see the message exchange between my server and adjpointcode.

Please give me an advise if you have any experience on this. Thanks for your help.

In addition, telco tell me that I need to make the routing from my point code to default dpc through adjpointcode by using linkset of adjpointcode but actually with asterisk and sangoma, I don’t know how to do it and never done it before. I just change the parameters as above and everything is fine with the first server. Please correct me if I say something wrong.
