Hi,
We have a SIP connection to the Avaya SIP server and use the Avaya for out bound calls. The problem is that the cdr from the Avaya shows the call as incoming ‘9’, in the raw data. This leads to the Telephone management system (connected to the Avaya) not costing the calls as they are seen as incoming. We have tried both with the cdr on ‘no’ and yes in the Avaya. Can somebody push me in the correct direction.
