Asterisk : automatically calling

Hi,

I’m a french guy and i need help. What i would like to do is simple but hard to do. I have some IP phone Aastra 6755i and one Asterisk 1.8.13.1.

When i enter the number of someone on my phone, for an internal call, the call running without pick up the phone of his station and without click on the button “compose”.

In exemple, i compose “4140” and the call is running automatical

I hope you understand what i ask and you can help me because after two day of search on Internet, i’m despair !

This is a question about the Astra phone, not about Asterisk. Try reading the section in its user manual on dial plans, or see if the manufacturer has a support forum.
