Hello,

How can I use asterisk predictive dialer and voip? Our current voip provider said we cannot use a predictive dialer. Is there a way to create our own voip to set up this predictive dialer?

if your current provider says you can’t run dialer traffic over their network… you need to find a new provider.

Have a look at vicidial. It runs on asterisk. g2010 one said many carriers will no allow dialer traffic on their system since it takes up a lot of resources and they do not make money on a lot of the calls.
