We want to make direct calls (outgoing calls, not ingoing calls) from our hardphone via asterisk, but we are having problems getting it to work.
We use snom phones today, are there any hardphones which gives this option from asterisk?
All SIP hard phones should work with Asterisk, although some may require a proprietary system to initially configure them.
Routing outbound calls is very basic stuff. Before you can really expect much support here, you will be expected to have made a reasonable attempt to do it, and to provide logging showing enough detail to determine why it has gone wrong, along with the relevant configuration.
