Certainly not with full function, and would suspect not at all, unless Android has a fairly complete Posix environment, including pthreads.

Why would anyone want to run it on Android? It is a server application, not a client one.

Same answer as before.

I doubt it could be done without rooting it, even if theoretically possible. I’m surprised that even two people have considered it. Android doesn’t have a full implementation of libc and doesn’t have compilers.
