Asterisk-Addons - Debug Thread / Don't optimize?

I’ve 8 asterisk box, 2 of them have sporadic crashes, even with latest SVN code.

I use MySQL Realtime SIP peers/users and IAX peers/users and MySQL CDR.

I can’t compile Asterisk with DON’TOPTIMIZE and DEBUGTHREAD to read the core file because my addon modules won’t load because of these compile flags.

Question is, How do i compile addons with such flags?
