i have Asterisk 3.2 installed and working perfect but i have a problem with the waiting music not MOH (Music on hold)
when the customer call the company and choose the extension number that he want and waiting the agent to answer, the system goes silent.
how can i setup a Waiting Music after the customer choose the extension and waiting the agent to answer
3.2 is not a version of Asterisk. Are you referring to some other project or distribution?

Elastix is dead, but assuming that you setup a Queue for receive those calls you can configure the MOH for that Queue in the Queue settings. Since Elastix is a dead project and no one here support GUIs I guess is better for you to ask in the fork forum which is Issabel http://forum.issabel.org/
