Asterisk 15.3.0 errors

Hi Team,
i got the following errors and warnings in my newly installed asterisk 15.3.0

ERROR[14552]: cdr_odbc.c:173 odbc_log: Unable to retrieve database handle. CDR failed.

WARNING[22043][C-000009e7]: translate.c:405 framein: no samples for opustolin

WARNING[14618]: chan_sip.c:4072 retrans_pkt: Retransmission timeout reached on transmission 7af832fd630da9084d0b44e902302b8b@10.0.10.52:5060 for seqno 102 (Critical Request) – See https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/SIP+Retransmissions
Packet timed out after 32000ms with no response

WARNING[21794]: chan_sip.c:30908 handle_common_options: Unknown directmedia mode ‘’ on line 0

please help me to resolve those issues.

Fix your database connectivity. Database stuff tends to have a lot of third party code.

Do nothing unless call quality is degraded.

Fix your network to prevent packet loss; make sure that NAT and firewalls are configured correctly; make sure that Asterisk and the peer are configured correctly for the environment in which they are operating. (Critical request indicates it is sending INVITE or ACK, but getting no response.)

Use a valid directmedia setting in sip.conf or the files included from it.
