Asterisk 13 Master.csv in cdr-csv problem : BUG?

Hi,

I’m calculating the total time with Master.csv in cdr-csv.
Sometimes Asterisk 13 output several lines.
Asterisk 1.6 output one line.

Is this bug?

We would need to see the call flow and have more details on what exactly is happening. CDRs did change and have a specification defined now[1] which can have multiple entries so it may or may not be correct.

As Josh pointed out, a full log or example of what is occurring would be useful.

Going one step further, however, since the application is ConfBridge I would surmise that this is going to be expected behavior.

CDRs are going to show a pairing of everyone who talked. In the CDR snippet above, you can see that 0008de1 talked to 00008de2, 00008de3, and 00008de8. I’d imagine that you’d see pairings for each of the channels in the conference.

Thanks for your help.

I’m using Opensips.
When I was used Asterisk 1.8.24.0, “ConfBridge” was “Meetme”.
I prepare more log and the call flow.

Trying to connect to the conference of Asterisk ConfBridge by the protocol SIP via Opensips which is the Call SIPProxy from softphone.

I hope one connect per line.

That’s what I would expect to see. You’re getting a CDR for each pair of channels that talked to each other.

If you want different behavior, you’ll need to control whether or not a CDR is generated for a channel by using the various CDR dialplan functions/applications.

I was updated from Asterisk 1.8.24.0 to 13.12.2 again. But the same situation. The conf files are initial setting. I don’t know which file to change. I was in trouble… I will continue to try that.

Thanks

There’s nothing to change. This is the behavior in Asterisk 13.

I see.
I change the way of calculation of a connect time.

Thank you so much.
