I have tried a queue in ARA 13.13.0 and if a peer is available then also peer is not getting a call and I debug it and found
the below message
[Nov 24 09:24:15] DEBUG[13252][C-00000014] app_queue.c: SIP/10001 has another call trying, can’t receive call
[Nov 24 09:24:15] DEBUG[13252][C-00000014] app_queue.c: Nobody left to try ringing in queue
and queue show command
SIP/10001@TRUNK1 (SIP/10001 from SIP/10001) (ringinuse disabled) (realtime) (Not in use) has taken 1 calls (last was 1943 secs ago)
If I use static conf files in asterisk then it is working fine but not with asterisk realtime
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
