I’ve recently had a conversation with a BSD guy about some weird asterisk box’s behaviour, that no new calls can be made but existing ones continue with their audio no problem.
I’d like to ask, is this related to the kernel running out of time-slices(?) and semaphore count?
If I were to increase the semaphore count, would I find this weird asterisk box’s behaviour changing so that this lockup problem doesn’t occur a couple of times a week?
The box in question has about 300 extensions hanging off of it.
