ASTCC inbound DIDs?

How to you setup astcc to use an inbound DID?

I have a working asterisk/astcc system running but I have to use a VoIP phone to connect, dial ‘77’ to get the calling card prompt.

I need to have a DID connect to my asterisk/astcc system so anyone in the world using a landline can use the calling card system.

Any info appreciated.
