AST-2011-001-1.4 Patch not working

In reference to the latest security vulnerability downloads.asterisk.org/pub/secur … 1-001.html

I’m trying to apply the patch to my Asterisk 1.4.26.2 system on RedHat EL5.

patch -p0 < AST-2011-001-1.4.diff returns the following error

patching file main/utils.c
Hunk #1 FAILED at 388.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED – saving rejects to file main/utils.c.rej

I’m not sure what the problem is. Has anyone successfully applied this patch?
