Assistance to dummies, please

Good morning,

I have installed Asterisk and I am able to login to the gui. Yet I am unable to have any successful settings for the task(s) I am trying.

My main task is to setup a call Queue. All attempts have failed.
I have an 800 number pointed but call drops. I have used Softphones and an ATA box.

I can use ATA to softphone and visa versa to make calls, but no queue. All in all, when it comes down to it, I don’t know what I am doing, when it comes to Asterisk. Any assistance and guidance to get me going in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I would suggest you post in the AsteriskNOW support forums as you issue is specific to AsteriskNOW. I would help if I could but I spent all of 20 minutes looking at AsteriskNOW almost a year ago.
