# Any How To Setup Asterisk in Amazon cloud?

Yes, but I’d very strongly recommend you use the ami that is on [https://www.thewebmachine.net/](https://www.thewebmachine.net/)

Theirs works flawlessly and for \< $40 per month charge they take care of all headaches, upgrades, and it’s well worth theinvestment.

Otherwise, you basically just select a Centos 6.X build make sure your running a Kernal at 1000khz and it’s a regular install pretty much.
