Answering Service and Asterisk

I have an Answering Service, I am trying to find the best way to use Asterisk for my Answering Service, can anyone help me or give me a guide on how do this, I also need email, crm, intake forms, appointment scheduler configured with Asterisk


Not to sound mean, but that’s a lot of work. I’d suggest either hire someone who already knows how to build all of that or download the Asterisk book. The system I built using asterisk is huge and took me almost a year to build all of the parts (dialplan, configs, failover, 4 web apps, and supporting programs).
