Hi,

Is it OK for a fax to come in on a PRI channel and go out on an FXS interface. Could this be problematic or would it be rock solid?

I am quoting for a pbx against a traditional pbx quote and they have specified 24 digital extension ports and 8 analogue extension ports.

sure. just make sure they are both zap channels (no ATAs), turn on fax detection, or turn off echocancelwhenbridged or something and you will be all set.

also keep the same brand of cards between the analog and digital (sangoma or digium), that might help
