Analog Digium Card is not working

Hi all!

I had to replace my old TDM400 Card on warranty. Now I got the new one but I am not able to start the Modules:

Any Ideas? is the new card also defective?

Regards,
Johannes

Have you tried using a different molex from one of the other PSU rails ? perhaps a faulty PSU.

Hi, thanks for the reply!

I have 4 modules and all have the same problem.

By the way, Power is connected.

Regards,
Johannes

Okay, but what I mean is have you tried connecting a different power connector (molex) from your PSU? It may be that either too much or too little power from the PSU rail is being provided.

ah, okey, I missunderstood you.

Yes, I tried another molex. I tried the card also on a different Hardware - without sucess.

does sound like a duff card then, unless the original molex nuked the card. get a replacement and try in another machine first.

did you get your problem resolved.
I have a very simlar incident with FXS module, TDM11B
