Before I installed the Trixbox onsite we tested to make sure that three of the phones could call each other’s extensions. When we placed it onsite we just changed the ip address of the server and configured each phone for that address. The phones get a valid ip address but now they cannot call each other. There is a dial tone but when I call the other extensions it just sits there. When I looked in FreePBX it said that all phones were offline. Any suggestions?
to begin trouble shooting, I would recommend open a console screen and watch for messages when you dial.
This should give you alot of help and if you still cant work it out, post back here with the output.
