Hi everybody :smile:ā€¦
I must do this case: when i receive a call and all phones of the office (5 phones) are busy then playback a vocal messageā€¦and when the first device will be free then that phone will ringā€¦

How can i do??? I think the problem will be on DIALSTATUSā€¦

Unless the reason messages are essential, you want Queue, not DIal.

Macro has been deprecated since 1.6.

A verbose console log is almost esstential to see what is going wrong with something like this.
