Agent hears other agents


im having a problem where agents connected with AgentLogin sometimes gets a call and the agent can also hear other talking agents in the headset, anyone can help me with this problem?

That sounds like a hardware fault and that the agents are using analogue phones.

Please provide any evidence to the contrary.

we use softphone Vaxvoip.

you use all softphones, with headsets to the pc? Maybe try swapping the headsets with someone elses that is no where near them. See if the problem follows the headset.

Well its actually not the problem, the problem is that agents sometimes, not often though, hears other agentchannels.
