Not just in this line, you have a horrendous mix of chan_sip and chan_pjsip options. Neither chan_sip nor chan_pjsip is a lawyer, so they cannot rewrite a contract for you (and only chan_pjsip supports rewrite_contact). In chan_pjsip, there is no nat= and force_rport and rtp_symmetric are first level options. The equivalent nat= parameter for rtp_symmetric is comedia.
None of these should be needed when accessing your ITSP, and if really needed to access local devices, should be in the individual sections.
There are several other options which look to me to be chan_pjsip ones.
