Administration via Phone

Is there a way to administer Asterisk over the phone, like provide a menu for recording Auto-attendents, make outgoing calls, change forwarding options? I know most of this can be done with contplex context in extensions.conf, but it’s open to anyone who calls.

Is the another way, or a way to passcode protect a context?
