ADDRESS-INCOMPLETE error ( Call-Leg-State)

Hello everybody
I have a problem with my Patton model SN4120/2BIS4V hardware ver. 2.3
software ver R6.9 2016-12-27 H323 SIP. It is connected to an Astersik switchboard. I have 4 ISDN flows in and out. When I insert a call forwarding to an external number (mobile or landline) from an extension it gives me the following error ADDRESS-INCOMPLETE (Call-Leg-State)

Example:
I call on my number from the outside, IVR routes it to an extension 301, on 301 I have enabled follow me to a mobile number 335xxxxxx everything seems to work normally but then the line is closed and in the Patton gateway I can see this ADDRESS-INCOMPLETE error ( Call-Leg-State).
while if I make a phone call from extension 302 to 301, the transfer works normally.
The system is an Asterisk

can you help me thanks
Regards
Enzo

Rather than comparing “forward call to external number” vs. “forward call to
internal number” I would suggest comparing “forward call to external number”
vs. “dial that external number to make an outbound call”.

I would specifically check the Caller ID which is sent to your ISDN interface
in the two cases.

One thing you did not mention and is often very useful: has this feature ever
worked in the past, or is this a new setup which you are just trying to get
working?

Antony.

Thanks for the quick reply.
It works fine when “forward call to external number”
vs. “dial that external number to make an outbound call”. I’ve never tried it and now I need this feature

Thanks Tony

Hi.

You say now that:

It works fine when “forward call to external number”

I don’t understand. You said earlier that:

When I insert a call forwarding to an external number (mobile or landline)
from an extension it gives me the following error ADDRESS-INCOMPLETE
(Call-Leg-State)

So, that said to me that call forwarding to an external number does not work.

vs. “dial that external number to make an outbound call”. I’ve never tried
it and now I need this feature

Okay, so I still say you should compare “call forwarding to an external
number” (which apparently works) with “dialling to an external number” (which
doesn’t) and see what the difference in requests being sent to your ISDN
interface is.

Antony.

Sorry Antony
I wrote badly. For example, when I call extension 301 from 300 and transfer is active on 301, a mobile phone works.

“when I call extension 301 from 300 and transfer is active on 301, a mobile
phone works.”

So, if I now understand correctly, calling from 300 to 301, and configuring 301
to forward that call to an external number, is working.

What is not working? I’m guessing it’s something like “dialling the external
(mobile) number directly from 301”?

I am still going to say that you should compare the requests sent to your
ISDN interface for a call to an external number which works (eg: forwarding
from 301) aginst one which does not work (eg: dialling the external number
directly from 301).

Antony.
