a2billing access

Dears Guys ,

first Happy new year ,second ,I’ve a problem to access my a2billing every time this massage appeared “You don’t have permission to access /a2billing/admin on this server” ,I think my problem in the apache ,could you plz help me to identify what is the problem exactly .

chown -R asterisk:asterisk /var/lib/php/session/
