3 way conference dialplan


Any one share the 3 way conference dialplan. Below are scenarios:

When customer call to particular DID (18007XXXXXX), calls reaching to asterisk server then agent pick the call. Once agent pick the call, customer and agent are interacting with some product details, after that agent dial some number its goes to ivr. In this scenario we need 3 way conference (Customer, Agent and IVR) to interact all of three.


I doubt anyway would give you code that is tailor-made for your requirements.

I already checked that dialplan, but i am having confusion, how will be implement this to my requirements.

As I said in my previous post, no one on free support forum would give you code that works exactly as you intend. You need to know/understand how Asterisk dialplan and other configuration files work to implement your requirements.
Have you done anything so far to implement Queue-Agent call flow in your system?
