2 concurrent call while call waiting = disable

Hi all,

I using asterisk 1.4.23.

On all agent, i set call waiting = disable.

But “some time”, agent still get 2 concurrent call (incoming call while talking to other, 2 incoming call at same time, …).

Any one know how to solve this problem ?

I use queue with “round robin memory” strategy.

I set call waiting = disable on agent.

In queue, i set “skip busy agent = yes”

Why agent still receive 2 incoming call ?
